Overview

The Land Bank of South Africa is inviting bids for a learning partner to co-develop sustainability online learning modules for the Farmer Academy. Bidders should be experienced e-learning providers with a track record in sustainability-focused modules, capable of co-designing, developing, and implementing interactive, self-paced content for agricultural learners and ensuring alignment with Land Bank branding and platform requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum five years’ experience in designing, developing and supporting sustainability-focused online learning modules, with at least 3 reference letters or a list of relevant projects in the last five years.
• Complete and submit the pricing schedule; pricing must be VAT-excluded, firm for the contract duration, and valid for 120 days.
• Compliance and registrations: tax compliance status (TCS/SARS), Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, and related vendor documentation; complete SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and disclose any conflicts of interest.
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) and complete Annexure I SBD 6.1 for specific goals.
• Confidentiality and due diligence: sign confidentiality obligations and be prepared for due diligence and KYC checks (per Annexure D, where applicable).
