Overview

RFQ for servicing and certifying material-handling equipment (machines) over a 3-year period. Iziko Museums invites qualified service providers to perform service, inspection, load testing and issue compliance certificates for four machines (Stacker Pramac TX12/25, Personal Lift Upright UL25, Scissor Lifts Genie GS-2646 and GS-1930), with annual servicing totaling 12 services. First service is due 2 weeks after PO. Site visits are by appointment (20–21 July 2026). Requirements

• Central Supplier Database report with supplier number and tax status verification.
• Detailed pricing on company letterhead, including VAT and disbursements.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Signed RFQ document.
• Proof of certification to work on the listed machines.
• Complete Pricing Schedule (Items 1–12) and total evaluated price for 80/20 evaluation; adhere to 12 services over 3 years.
