Overview

RFQ to engage a Recruitment Agency to provide an HR Specialist for a period of 8 months (RSR Head Office, Midrand). Requirements

• Education and experience: Minimum NQF 7 in Industrial Psychology/Personnel Management/Humanities; at least 5 years as an HR Practitioner; ideal NQF 8 and specialised HRM experience >3 years.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and report writing; capable of on-site work weekly; ability to travel within SA; valid driver’s license.
• Compliance/documentation: CSD registration, tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CIPC company registration, ID copies of owners, medical certificate, SASSA/NCPPDSA registrations where applicable; SBD4 and SBD6.1 completed as part of bid (SBD4, SBD6.1).
