Overview

RFQ for safety equipment to be used for a mobile planetarium. Iziko Museums of Cape Town invites bids from suppliers of safety equipment and related event infrastructure to support a mobile planetarium operation (see Iziko RFQ EDU MP Safety-07-26.pdf). The scope includes items such as crowd control barriers, a steel flatbed trolley, and an inflatable air blower with deflator for portable setups.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with supplier number and Tax Status Verification Pin, plus tax registration number.
• Detailed pricing structure, including VAT and any disbursements or escalations.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Completed Request to Quote (and any required SBD forms).
• Images/product specifications for all quoted items; include delivery charges.
• Quotations valid for 60 days from closing date.
