Overview

RFQ for Sage 300 People Payroll and Employee Self-Service (ESS) training (Full Module). Iziko Museums of South Africa seeks a training provider to deliver onsite Sage 300 People Payroll and ESS training for five named delegates, covering ESS functionality, payroll reporting, data capture, onboarding, and related processes. Training is envisaged face-to-face onsite at Iziko (25 Queen Victoria Street, Cape Town 8001) and requires accreditation to deliver the course. Submissions are due by 15 September 2026 at 11:00.

Requirements

• Onsite, face-to-face training for five Iziko delegates at Iziko South African Museum.
• Training scope: capturing/onboarding, master data, benefits/leave, payroll processing, report extraction, ESS administration and user access.
• Administrative/compliance documents:
  • Tax-compliant Central Supplier Database report (not older than advert date) with supplier number and tax status pin.
  • Detailed pricing on company letterhead (including VAT, disbursements, escalations).
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
  • Signed RFQ document.
  • Proof of accreditation to deliver the Sage course.
  • Service provider’s proposed course outlines.
• Pricing: Complete pricing schedule (including VAT) and breakdown of assumptions; total evaluated bid price used for 80/20 preference evaluation.
• Compliance and evaluation: Bidders must pass mandatory compliance to proceed to price/specific-goals evaluation under Iziko’s 80/20 framework; submittal of SBD forms (Annexures A/B) is required.
