RFQ for the sourcing, supply, delivery, and scenic set dressing of artificial plants and associated exhibition elements for the Amanzi eAfrica exhibition at Iziko South African Museum. Suitable bidders are service providers in exhibition design, scenic/set dressing, botanical fabrication, and installation for public museums; familiarity with conservation requirements and compliance with SBDs and supplier pre-qualifications is expected.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database report with MA number and Tax Status Pin; tax status verification and registration details.
• Detailed pricing schedule on company letterhead (inclusive of VAT).
• Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Completed RFQ submission (all pages).
• Valid Tax Certificate/Tax Pin.
• SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 submissions.
• Verifiable evidence of at least two comparable scenic/set dressing projects in the last 10 years (portfolio with project pics, descriptions, dates, client contacts).
• Sign-off on all annexures; portfolio validation and references.
