RFQ for the supply, delivery, and servicing of water dispensers and 18.9-litre bottled water to Land Bank branches for 24 months on an outright purchase basis. Bidders should be experienced in water-dispenser provisioning, bottled-water logistics, and related facilities management, with qualifications such as CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, and BBBEE documentation.

Requirements

• 16 new water dispensers and 100 bottles of 18.9L water per month; dispensers must accept 18.9L bottles; include installation and staff training.
• Water quality compliant with SANS 241; bottles sealed, labelled, with a return/replacement system for empties.
• Quarterly servicing/maintenance of each dispenser; cleaning, sanitisation, performance checks; defective parts repaired/replaced at no extra cost.
• Deliverables: 16 installed dispensers; monthly 100 bottles per branch; quarterly service reports.
• Compliance and pre-qualification: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD registration; VAT/Tax details; SBD 4 disclosure; SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) form; Vendor Accreditation; BBBEE certificate or affidavit; 2 reference letters; full completion of required forms; no conflicts of interest.
• Evaluation: two-stage process (mandatory Stage 1 requirements; Stage 2 price and specific goals, with 80/20 PPPFA scoring and BBBEE considerations).

Note: Addendum (Addendum.pdf, 13 Oct 2026) corrects the servicing quantity to 128 units (16 x 8 visits).
