Requirements

• Detailed pricing structure on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and disbursements
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Signed RFQ document
• Proof of accreditation confirming the course includes unit standard numbers
• Completed Pricing Schedule (including delivery, gift bag, hand lotion, lip balm, face mask, chocolate; 150 units except for delivery 1) and event details
• Quotations must be valid for 60 days
• Compliance with 80/20 preferential procurement regime and related annexures (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1)
