SA Tourism invites bids from qualified independent service providers to conduct a market benchmarking study and review of the Foreign Service Dispensation and international deployment costs. The assignment requires an independent consultant to benchmark South Africa’s Foreign Service Dispensation (COLA, hardship, accommodation, transport, school fees, etc.) across listed international locations and develop an objective framework and financial model to inform policy amendments and deployment costs. Eligible bidders should have strong experience in international mobility/remuneration benchmarking, policy analysis, and financial modelling. At least one project team member must be a SABPP member and registered as an Industrial Psychologist. The procurement covers locations including Australia (Sydney), China (Beijing), France (Paris), Germany (Frankfurt), India (Mumbai), Japan (Tokyo), Netherlands (Amsterdam), Nigeria (Lagos), United Kingdom (London), and USA (New York).
