Overview

The RFQ seeks an activations agency to plan, coordinate and execute internal corporate wellness/staff-engagement events for South African Tourism in 2026/27 (Aug 2026–Mar 2027), including activations, gifting, desk drops, and hybrid elements. Requirements

• Track record: minimum of two signed reference letters for similar activation projects in the last 5 years.
• Key personnel: three distinct CVs (Account Manager, Art Director, Event Producer).

• Compliance: provide Central Supplier Database (CSD) summary, tax-compliance status, SARS PIN (or CSD number if no TCS); separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia; ensure POPIA compliance.
• Specific goals: provide evidence for HDI-related ownership (Black Women, Black Youth, Black Ownership) and SMME status with required documents; points allocated as per the 80/20/90/10 framework.
• Business case/scope: end-to-end planning and execution of internal activations, with CE approval prior to execution; post-event reporting and cost breakdowns.
