Overview

RFQ No.026/2026 seeks a service provider to supply, SANAS-calibrate, and deliver a weather station to NRCS (Durban office). Requirements

• Ability to supply, calibrate (SANAS) and deliver a weather station meeting SANAS specs (temperature 15–35°C ±1.0°C; humidity 11–90% ±2% RH; pressure 700–1100 mBar ±0.6 mBar).
• Firm pricing; prices include all taxes; 90-day bid validity; separate pricing for multiple delivery points if applicable.
• Compliance: SARS Tax PIN; CSD number; BBBEE verification; and no bids from state employees or related disqualifications.
• Documentation: complete and sign SBD forms 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1; NRCS Supplier Declaration Form with bank details; Schedule of previous similar work (last 5 years); Schedule of Work Collected by Bidder.
• References and disclosure: complete Schedule of Work; truthfulness and non-collusion declarations; potential need to provide documentary proof for BBBEE claims.
