Bidders should be able to handle conceptualisation, layout/design (min. 3 concepts), editing, content gathering, photography sourcing, printing (350 copies, 180-page text + 4-page cover, 210 x 297 mm landscape), and multi-site delivery. Requirements

• Ownership and locality goals: minimum 51% Black ownership, 51% Woman ownership, 51% Youth ownership, 51% Ownership by people living with disabilities, and 100% Local Service Provider; plus Locally Registered Address within uMkhanyakude or King Cetshwayo. • Disqualification criteria (selected items):
  • Failure to submit mandatory documents or CSD Full Report
  • Listed on National Treasury restricted suppliers’ database
  • State employee involvement or collusion
  • Ambiguous/conditional service fee or prior non-performance

  • Proof for specific goals (CSD/CIPRO, proof of address, ID copies)
  • Central Supplier Database Full Report
  • Valid SARS Tax Pin (or TCS/SARS documentation)
  • Pro forma Service Agreement (all sections initialled and signed)
  • Completed SBDs and Authority to Sign RFQ
  • English bid documentation and references
