Requirements

• Capability to deliver end-to-end conference services: branding, AV, stage design, programme development, speaker management, sponsorships, safety and accessibility.
• Compliance: SAT rules, SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/CSD), VAT registration where applicable; provide CSD or TCS documentation.
• Returnables and due diligence: Annexures A–G (SBD4, EME/QSE documentation, ownership proof for HDI categories, latest CSD report), three client references, CVs for Creative Director and Account Manager.
• Evaluation: 70-point functionality threshold; price and specific goals determine final score; preference points claimed for HDI ownership and SMMEs.
