Overview

RFQ for sewing machine spare parts and tailoring materials for the Malawi Prisons Service. • VAT registration certificate
• PPDA (ODPP) registration
• Demonstrated experience with government contracts
• Delivery within 7 days from date of order
• Quotation validity for 30 days
• Warranty/guarantee: 12 months
• Quotation submission in sealed envelopes no later than 2pm on 22 October 2026 to The IPC Chairman, Prison Headquarters, Box A28, Zomba
• Complete Sections B and C of the RFQ; attach Schedule of Requirements and required documents (trading licence, tax clearance, VAT, PPDA/ODPP registration, list of recent government contracts)
• Partial quotations may be rejected; award to the lowest priced quotation by item or total via Local Purchase Order
