RFQ: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEW SKIP BINS (6m³)

Overview

Kouga Local Municipality seeks quotes for the supply and delivery of new 6m³ skip bins. This RFQ targets suppliers with the ability to manufacture/deliver 6m³ steel skip containers that meet the detailed specifications, and who are compliant with SA supplier and tax requirements (CSD/SARS), B-BBEE, and municipal procurement rules.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to manufacture and deliver a 6m³ skip bin per the specifications (mild steel, structural features, lifting lugs, chevrons, reflective tape, etc.).
• Complete and sign all compulsory bidding documents in ink; no correction fluid.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or equivalent; if applicable, CSD number; separate TCS/CSD for joint ventures.
• National Treasury Central Database or CSD registration; latest Municipal Billing Clearance Certificate or equivalent.
• B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points); and evidence of an operational office in Kouga (for specific local goals).
• Complete forms such as MBD 6.1 (Preference Points), MBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination), Form of Offer and Acceptance, Declarations of Interest, etc. (document set included in the submission).
• Delivery costs included in the bid price; price must be firm and in non-erasable ink; VAT handling clearly indicated.
