RFQ for supply and delivery of parts and accessories for grass cutting machines for Kouga Local Municipality. The contract covers replacement parts for chainsaws, brush cutters, pole pruners, lawnmowers and related equipment, with genuine OEM, equivalent or compatible parts, delivered to the Humansdorp Fire Station. The bid is open to suppliers who can meet municipal SCM requirements, provide delivery, and comply with tax and BBBEE verification. Evaluations include price and specific goals (80/20 or 90/10), and preference may be given for local/BBBEE status. Suppliers must be able to supply a comprehensive parts list (cylinder kits, filters, belts, blades, etc.) and accept that quantities may vary within budget and operational needs.
