RFQ: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF 38 KVA 3-PHASE DIESEL GENERATOR

Overview

RFQ for the supply, delivery, and installation of a 38 KVA 3-phase diesel generator for Kouga Local Municipality. Bidders must have CIDB grading 1EB/1EP or higher, register on Kouga’s supplier database, and provide Tax Clearance, Municipal Billing Clearance, B-BBEE status, CIDB status, and SARS Tax Compliance Status. Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1EB/1EP or higher
• CIDB CRS; VAT and tax status as applicable
• Registration on Kouga Municipality supplier database; NCTS/Central Supplier Database submission
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate; Municipal Billing Clearance; B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (may be requested)
• Certificate of Compliance; comply with SANS 10142-1, SANS 8528, NRS 097-2, OHSA
• Returnable documents: 1A–1E, 2A–2C, 3A–3B, plus contract docs (C1.x, C2.x)
• 90-day tender validity
• May be more than one contractor appointed; lowest bid not guaranteed

• Submission: sealed envelope with RFQ 258/2026, placed in Tender Box at 16 Woltemade Street, Jeffreys Bay, Room 122, on or before the deadline (06 Nov 2026).
