Overview

RFQ: Supply & delivery of branded corporate branding items for Kouga Municipality Tourism Brand: Greater Garden Route. Requirements

• B-BBEE: submit a B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preferences.
• Documentation: complete and sign all bidding documents in black ink; don’t use correction fluid; provide an implementation plan if applicable; declare any conflicts of interest.
• References and IDs: certified ID copies for individuals; municipal billing clearance for operating address; ensure information is complete for all entities/partners if a JV.
• Compliance framework: adhere to Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022, GCC, Kouga SCM policies including blacklisting.
