Overview

The Malawi Prison Service seeks quotations for farm tools and implements, including a 20-litre knapsack sprayer, heavy-duty tarpaulins, and tents. Requirements

• Local Malawi supplier; quotation based on Government of Malawi General Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders
• Delivery within 7 days of order; quotation validity 60 days; 12-month warranty
• Quotation in sealed envelopes; reference Procurement Number RFQ-PRIS-FM-2026-2027/11
• Prices must be delivered prices (EXW insured to Domasi Prison Warehouse or CIP to delivery point)
• Include: completed Sections B and C, trading licence, annual tax clearance, MRA VAT registration, PPDA (ODPP) registration, and a list of recent Government contracts
• Quotation to indicate acceptance of terms and conditions
