Overview

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate.
• Quotations stated in USD with VAT status disclosed.
• No outstanding orders for any listed items.
• TelOne may adjust quantities (increase/decrease).
• Compliance with fiscal tax invoice regulations where applicable.
• Each tender must be in its own envelope; no mixing of items.
• Ensure receipt confirming submission with bidder details and bid number.
• Provide a firm delivery date.
