Overview

Request for Quotations for supply and delivery of Branded Wheel Chairs, Auxiliary Crutches, servicing of a RISO SF5030 Duplicating machine, a Core i5 laptop, and UBIQUITI UniFi Next-Generation Gateways for SD-WAN, with urgent delivery requirements. Bidders with capabilities in medical mobility equipment, assistive devices, duplicating-machine servicing, IT hardware, and SD-WAN networking gear, able to deliver urgently and price in USD, are invited. Specifications are detailed in the attached Tender Document (Tender Document).

Requirements

• Quotations in US$; payment terms 30 days.
• Provide a valid tax clearance certificate.
• Bidders with any outstanding orders for the items will not be considered.
• TelOne reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity.
• Comply with new regulations for Fiscal Tax Invoice where necessary.
• Each tender must be submitted in its own envelope; do not mix quotations.
• State your VAT status and ensure a firm delivery date.
