Overview

TelOne Zimbabwe invites quotations (RFQ) for multiple items, including structural/engineering consulting services (RFQ761-26) such as topographical survey, structural analysis and gantry design, foundation design and construction drawings, and related deliverables; plus RFQ875-26 Health ATM specifications, RFQ889-26 genuine Kyocera cartridges, and other listed items. Bids to be submitted in USD with local currency payment terms; mandatory tax clearance and compliance with TelOne procurement rules. Closing date: 04 November 2026.

Requirements

• Valid ECZ annual practising licence; ZIE affiliation and ECZ registration; provide documentary evidence.
• Team Leader: Civil/Structural engineering degree; PrEng; ECZ Practising Certificate; experience in steel-structure design.
• Two additional team members with Civil/Structural qualifications; ECZ/ZIE membership; ECZ Practising Certificates.
• At least 10 years in structural engineering; at least three similar projects including City of Harare; official trade references.
• Deliverables: topographical survey, design calculations, general arrangement drawings, fabrication/connection details, foundation/holding-down drawings; stamped by registered Professional Engineer with ECZ license number; professional indemnity insurance.
• Capacity to deliver in Harare CBD; compliance with ZIE/ECZ; all-inclusive bid price; VAT status.
• Post-design optional services available on request.
