Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of multiple items listed in the RFQ schedule for TelOne Centre for Learning, Belvedere, Harare. Bidders with capabilities across electrical/mechanical spares, IT hardware, office supplies, PPE, catering equipment, promotional materials, and related services are invited. Quotations are in US$ payable in local currency; delivery terms and 30-day payment apply.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate.
• Quotations in US$ payable in local currency; include your VAT status.
• Provide a firm delivery date; indicate compliance with fiscal tax invoice regulations.
• Each tender must be submitted in its own envelope; do not mix items.
• No outstanding orders for listed items; submission acknowledged with a receipt of bid.

How to Apply

• Closing: 11:00 on 1 July 2026.
• Submit via email to procurement@telone.co.zw and telmail.co.zw; physical copies must be hand-delivered to TelOne, Procurement, 8th Floor, Runhare House.
• Briefing session: via Google Meet on 1 July 2026 (11:00–13:00); join link in the Tender Document [(Tender Document)].
• Include price, VAT status, and a firm delivery date; indicate item-specific samples seen at TelOne Transport Stores (Epton Street, Eastlea) as noted per item.
