Overview

RFQs for the supply and delivery of multiple items including a printer, tablets, cellphones, branded exercise books, gases, bolts, steel pipe, laptops, NP200 spares, batteries, tyres, and various consumables. Zimbabwe-based suppliers with capacity across electronics, office supplies, hardware spares, and related services should bid. Quotations must be in US$, payable in local currency, with delivery capability and valid tax clearance.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate
• Quotations in US$ payable in local currency; payment terms: 30 days
• No outstanding orders for any items listed
• Each tender must be in its own envelope; tenders must not be mixed
• Bidders to ensure receipt of bid submission with correct bidder details
• Compliance with Fiscal Tax Invoice regulations where applicable
• Item-specific notes: RFQ 588 requires viewing a sample (see samples at 8th Floor Procurement)
