Overview

RFQ for the supply and delivery of telecom/network equipment and spares listed in RFQ 613-26. TelOne Zimbabwe invites bids from suppliers of automotive spares, fibre optics components, networking hardware, field devices, rugged IT gear, and related accessories.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate
• Quotations in US$, payable in local currency at prevailing bank rate
• Bidders with outstanding orders for any items will not be considered
• TelOne reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities
• Compliance with new Fiscal Tax Invoice regulations where applicable
• Each tender must be submitted in its own envelope (no mixing)
• Bid submissions must include price and state VAT status; ensure a submission receipt with bidder details and bid number
• Payment terms: 30 days
