Overview

RFQ for the replacement and servicing of TelOne Harare Main Exchange Fire Alarm System, plus related components and ancillary items (IT hardware, printing services). TelOne Zimbabwe invites bids from firms with fire-safety/system integration expertise (fire alarm install/maintenance), electrical installation capabilities, IT hardware supply, and printing services. Bids should cover the fire-alarm replacement (Technoswitch conventional panel), servicing of existing systems, and the listed ancillary items.

Requirements

• Proven capability to replace and service Fire Alarm Control Panels (Technoswitch Series) and to align Manual Call Points and detectors.
• Ability to supply, install, test, and commission, with documentation (commissioning/test certificates, as-built wiring diagrams).
• Battery-backed UPS power supply with 24 hours uptime (non-alarm) and 15 minutes (emergency).
• Compliance with ISO standards; provision of post-service reports, and any recommended training/safety procedures.
• Bidders must provide valid tax clearance, quotes in US$, and comply with fiscal invoice regulations. No outstanding orders on items. Separate quotations per tender; VAT status to be stated.
• Per-tender terms: flexibility on quantities; delivery within specified timelines.
