Overview

RFQ-TGCSA-019-26 seeks a service provider to activate and manage a Welcome Sustainability Village at ATLF 2026, including vendor coordination, on-site logistics, voucher design/printing, and post-event reporting. South African Tourism invites bids from experienced event management, experiential marketing and SMME-support providers with capability in vendor management, logistics, vouchers, and compliance.

Requirements

• Submit SBD forms (SBD4) and Annexures A–G, CSD verification, tax compliance PIN/TCS with supporting documents.
• Tax compliance: provide PIN/TCS or CSD number; if a consortium/joint venture, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD documents.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 preference: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals (HDI/EME/QSE ownership); bids must cover the full scope and may be negotiated.
• Returnables and references: provide minimum 1 relevant reference letter; attach required annexures and documentation; ensure pricing aligns with the scope.
• Submission conditions: bids submitted by email; late submissions disqualified; no hand delivery; bid validity 45 calendar days.
