RFQ for The Provision of Décor for Christmas, Santa Actors, Videographers for 360, Giveaways, Photographer, Décor Installation, Strike Down Pack Away, Stock Take & Pack Away at uShaka Marine World. Service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and eThekwini Supplier Portal should bid; the scope includes decor, Santa performers, 360-video/videography, giveaways, photography, installation and packing down, stocktake, and related logistics.

Requirements

• Mandatory admin/compliance: latest CSD registration, fully completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), tax clearance or PIN, proof of good standing, two client reference letters, quotation on company letterhead, sealed and numbered bid envelope.
• Tax and registrations: SARS PIN/TCS status; if foreign, pre-award questionnaire; each JV/consortium member must supply separate TCS/CSD.
• Evaluation criteria: administrative compliance, mandatory requirements, price, and 80/20 (price 80, specific goals 20) preference points; specific goals related to race and BBBEE as applicable.
• All items purchased become the property of uShaka Marine World.
