RFQ -To appoint a suitably qualified service provider for the Rental, Supply, Installation, Servicing, and MaintenanceClosed

RFQ to appoint a service provider for the rental, supply, installation, servicing and maintenance of seven piped water-cooling and dispensing machines at the DSBD dtic Campus for 18 months. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliant, and able to submit the required bidding documents (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1). The procurement uses a preference-points framework (80/20) with BBBEE/ownership/SME/Spatial/Youth considerations as applicable (refer to SBD 6.1 and related guidelines). Deliverables, timing and compliance requirements are specified in the Terms of Reference, including energy-efficient water coolers, monthly cup supply, and a maintenance schedule, with faulty units swapped at no cost during the contract. Submission is electronic, with a closing date of 23 October 2026 (09:00). Bid documents and pre-qualifications must align with the SBD4 and SBD6.1 requirements; evidence for BBBEE, SMME status, spatial status and youth status should be provided as applicable.
