Overview

Tiling works for the Women’s Tower and TV Room at Denison Residence, UKZN Pietermaritzburg Campus. Quotes are invited from tiling/refurbishment contractors with CIDB grade 1GB or higher and BBBEE compliance (80/20).

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1GB or higher. (Advert Notice RFQ 62.25R.pdf)
• Compulsory briefing: 19 June 2026 at 11:30 AM, CMS Boardroom, Gate 5, Golf Road, Pietermaritzburg Campus.
• BBBEE/compliance: adherence to UKZN BBBEE policy; Price & BBBEE 80/20.

• Submissions: electronic to Centralprocurement@ukzn.ac.za; must reflect RFQ number, project name, company name, closing date/time; no hard copies, no faxes, no late quotes.
