Overview

Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of two MAXHUB Interactive Displays for the Innovation Centre, at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Howard College. Bidders with AV/display installation experience, integration into learning spaces, and ability to meet UKZN procurement requirements (BBBEE 80/20) should bid.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with installation of interactive displays (MAXHUB or equivalent) and integration into educational facilities.
• Ability to deliver, install and commission at Howard College within the project scope; provide commissioning and after-sales support.
• Compliance with UKZN BBBEE policy (80/20 price and BBBEE).
• Submit quotes electronically by the closing deadline; no hard copies, no late quotes.
• Provide RFQ returnables as specified in the RFQ document (compulsory returnables will be stated in the RFQ).

How to Apply

• RFQ documents available 12:00 on 18 August 2026 until 12:00 on 24 August 2026 (Advert Notice RFQ 62.26.pdf).
• Request RFQ documents by emailing Miss Philasande Shangase at ShangaseP@ukzn.ac.za.
• Submit the quote electronically to Centralprocurement@ukzn.ac.za, with the RFQ number and project name in the subject line.
• Ensure the submission reflects the RFQ number, project name, company name, closing date/time (25 August 2026 at 12:00 as per the notice).
• Include required RFQ returnables and any documents specified in the RFQ; no briefing session is mandatory (Briefing: Not Applicable).
