Overview

The University of KwaZulu-Natal invites bids for the appointment of a specialist contractor for roof waterproofing and associated remedial works at the S9 Lecture Venue, Howard College Campus. The project targets building/construction contractors with specialised waterproofing capabilities and CIDB grade 3SN or higher, with BBBEE 80/20.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 3SN or higher
• BBBEE 80/20
• Compulsory briefing: 03 November 2026 at 10:00, S9 Lecture Venue, Desmond Clarence Building, Gate 3 Howard College
• Electronic submission only; no hard copies

• Quotes must reflect RFQ number, project name, company name, closing date/time, and be submitted as instructed
• Closing date: 12 November 2026 at 12:00
