Overview

Procurement of mobile wheel alignment, rear axle adjustment, and wheel balancing services for Kouga Municipality’s truck and yellow plant fleet, on a call-out basis through 30 June 2027. Bidders should have mobile wheel alignment and balancing equipment, be capable of on-site service within Kouga boundaries, and show relevant certifications (equipment provenance, workshop capacity, and five client references). Evidence of SARS Tax Compliance Status, CSD registration, and a valid B-BBEE status is required for evaluation. Requirements

• Own/operate mobile wheel alignment equipment and wheel-balancing machines; provide evidence.
• Provide mobile service within Kouga boundaries; perform front axle alignment, rear-axle adjustments, and wheel balancing; wheel removal as needed.
• Compulsory clarification session on 20 October 2026 (Teams).
• Submit firm, VAT-inclusive pricing; no price escalation for 12 months.
• Provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN or SARS e-Filing), CSD number if no TCS, and IDs for all entities/partners; municipal billing clearance.
• Submit B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim specific goals; provide proof of local offices for locality scoring.
• Ensure documents are originals ink signatures; include electronic copy on USB/SD as required; sign all pages; no correction fluids.
• Include required forms and registrations (pricing schedules, MBD6.1, MBD7, declarations) and any JV/consortia documentation if applicable.
