Overview

Procurement of catering and conferencing services for a 45-person end-of-year function in East London on 4 December 2026. The University of Fort Hare invites suitably qualified registered and partner service providers to bid for catering and conferencing as per attached specifications (scope includes morning teas/water, buffet lunch with meat and traditional options, drinks including champagne, and formal conference setup) (see RFQ0013.MD2026-Spec.-Ndlela-L.l2.pdf).

Requirements

• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Submission of Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Submission of B-BBEE certificate.
• Compliance with SCM policies and submission of required documents (pricing schedules, SBD forms).
• 90/10 preference point system applies; value estimated not to exceed R50,000,000.
• No quotation shall be accepted after the closing date/time.
