RFQ01/2026-2027: Supply and delivery of tools and equipment to Citrusdal - Technical Department. Cederberg Municipality seeks quotations for specified garden/maintenance tools and equipment, with delivery within 7–14 days of PO. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Valid tax clearance certificate or tax compliance PIN.
• VAT registration (if applicable).
• MBD4 Declaration of Interest; MBD8 (and past SCM practices) and MBD9 Certificate.
• B-BBEE verification certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit; CIPC certificate acceptable for certain micro entities.
• Complete and submit PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT documents: MBD6.1 (80/20 points) and related declarations.
• Delivery period clearly stated; prices inclusive of VAT and valid for 30 days.
• No quotes from persons in the service of the state; provide declarations as required.
• POPI consent and GCC compliance where applicable.
• Annexure A (Delivery Period Undertaking) completed for the specified goods.
• Locality and B-BBEE goals may earn points (as per MBD6.1).
