Overview

Artscape seeks quotations for the supply of paint and related consumables (5L ALL PURPOSE WALL & CEILING BLACK PAINT — EXCETSIOR BRAND — plus 225mm paint trays and rollers) to be delivered in Cape Town. Cape Town-based suppliers who can provide the specified quantities and meet government procurement requirements should bid.

Requirements

• Cape Town-based supplier; delivery to D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town (ASAP). (RFQ document)
• Quantities: 50 x 5L paint, 50 x 225mm trays, 30 x 225mm rollers; prices must be VAT inclusive and firm.
• Submit with BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit; SARS No and SARS PIN; complete SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, and SBD9.
• Must acknowledge GCC (General Conditions of Contract) of July 2010.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 price/preference; BBEEE points up to 20; provide documentation to support preference claims.
