Overview

RFQ07/2026-2027: Supply and delivery of Class A fire fighting foam to Clanwilliam. Target bidders are fire-safety product suppliers capable of delivering 25L Class A foam (4 units), with prices VAT-inclusive, and able to meet Council procurement rules (CSD registration, BBBEE, tax clearance) and a delivery window of 7–14 days from PO. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and proof with quotation.
• Valid tax clearance or tax compliance PIN; VAT registration if applicable.
• Declaration of Interest (MBD4).
• Declaration of bidder’s past SCM practices (MBD8).
• Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9).

• Annex with delivery terms; product to meet ISO NFPA 11/7203-4 standards; 25L Class A foam, 4 units; delivery within the specified window.
• No corrections with Tipp-ex; quotes must be handwritten in black ink; no electronic submissions of the forms.
