RFQ for the supply and delivery of CF289A Black Toner Cartridges (6 units) for the Cederberg Municipality Traffic Department; open to suppliers of printer consumables with required registrations and compliance under the Municipality’s SCM and Preferential Procurement policies. Requirements

• CSD registration and proof of registration with quotation submissions (RFQ document)
• Valid tax clearance certificate or tax compliance PIN; VAT registration if applicable
• B-BBEE Verification Certificate or certified copies; or sworn affidavit as applicable
• Declarations: MBD4 (Declaration of Interest) and MBD8 (Tax/State relations) and MBD9 (Independent Bid Determination)
• Ensure quotations are valid for 30 days and include firm delivery period (VAT inclusive)
• No corrections or tippex on the submitted quotation; ink-only and signed
• Compliance with 80/20 evaluation (price and specific goals) and POPI consent
• Prohibition on quotations from persons in the service of the state
