Artscape seeks quotations from catering providers to supply pre-packed wellness breakfast packs for 130 staff on Artscape Wellness Day (8 September 2026, 08:30), delivered to D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town. Suitable bidders are those with halal certification, able to pre-pack and deliver breakfast boxes within a roughly R1,000,000 budget, and compliant with BBBEE and VAT requirements.

Requirements

• In-house catering for 130 staff, halal-certified
• Breakfast boxes pre-packed, to be handed out at the Artscape registration desk (Chandelier foyer) from 08:30
• Breakfast box contents: muffin or croissant; sandwich; apple and orange; health bar; juice; serviette
• packaging: breakfast packs in bright gift/paper bags
• Delivery date: 8 September 2026 to D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town
• Compliance: GCC July 2010 terms; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SARS No and SARS status PIN
• Complete SBD forms: SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8, SBD9
• Prices must be VAT-inclusive and firm; 80/20 evaluation with B-BBEE preference; local content declarations may apply (RFQ documents attached)
