Procurement of Avast Black Gaffer Tape (48mmx25m) and Avast White Gaffer Tape (48mmx25m) for Artscape, delivered to Foreshore, Cape Town (total 264 rolls: 192 black, 72 white). Quotation is open to suppliers able to provide BBBEE documentation and SARS details; must complete SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8 & SBD9; GCC terms apply; price evaluation uses an 80/20 framework with BBBEE points, and the quotation is valid for 6 days.

Requirements

• BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit
• SARS number and SARS PIN
• Complete SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8 & SBD9
• Accept Government Procurement: GCC of July 2010
• Include a picture of the quoted tape; prices must be VAT inclusive and firm
