RFQ086VM2026: 120 branded peer educator uniforms (T-shirts) to be delivered at Alice Campus. The University of Fort Hare invites suppliers of branded apparel capable of delivering 120 blue, 160 g/m2, 100% polyester T-shirts with UFH logo embroidery on the left chest, red ribbon on the sleeve, and back-printed 'Peer educators 2026/2027'. Suitable bidders include apparel/manufacturing, embroidery, and garment branding specialists. CSD registration is compulsory.

Requirements

• Compulsory Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Detailed quotation meeting the 120 T-shirt specifications (branding/embroidery as specified)
• Pricing schedule and related bidding documents (as per RFQ, including SBD forms)
• Evidence for PPPFA preference points (80/20) with BBBEE status or sworn affidavit and CSD summary report
