Overview

RFQ092/2026 seeks quotations for Bulk Lamps and related lighting goods (e.g., dichroic, CFL, PAR, LED GLS, LED strips, smart lamps, etc.) for delivery to Artscape in Cape Town. Bidders should be suppliers of lighting products with eligibility for BBBEE, and must provide the required corporate documents and complete the specified government forms. Delivery is to be to D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town, within one week of a PO.

Requirements

• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SARS tax reference number and PIN.
• Completion and submission of SBD forms: SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8, and SBD9.
• Acceptance of the Government Procurement: General Conditions of Contract (GCC) July 2010.
• Provide CSD codes and the 36-digit security code as part of the bid documents.
• Prices must be firm, VAT inclusive, quoted in Rand; brochures/catalogues may be submitted.
