RFQ10/2026-2027: Provision of conference facility and catering services in Clanwilliam. The Cederberg Municipality seeks quotations from service providers for a conference venue with catering for 20 attendees on 22 October 2026 (16:00), including venue setup and related services.

Requirements

• Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) with proof; tax clearance or PIN; VAT registration if applicable.
• Complete and submit MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD8 (Past SCM practices), MBD9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination), and MBD6.1 (PPF 80/20 preference points claim).
• Provide B-BBEE verification (SANAS-certified) or sworn affidavit; provide tax clearance status.
• Prices must be firm, VAT-inclusive, and valid for 30 days; indicate a firm delivery/fulfillment period.
• Submit POPI consent; comply with GCC; bid must not be from persons in the service of the state; comply with local locality requirements to claim points.
• Locality/proof: if claiming Locality points, provide municipal account or lease/affidavit as applicable.
• The quotation will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference points system (80 price, 20 for specific goals: B-BBEE and Locality).

• Documents to submit: MBD4, MBD8, MBD9, MBD6.1; proof of CSD registration; tax clearance (or PIN); VAT (if applicable); B-BBEE certificate; POPI consent; signed declarations.
• Ensure quotations are clearly endorsed with RFQ10/2026-2027 and submitted on your letterhead.
• Note: The contract will follow GCC; the Municipality may award in whole or part and may reject any bid or withdraw the invitation.
