Overview

Supply, delivery and offloading of LED fittings for high mast lights. The bid targets LED lighting equipment suppliers and electrical contractors with ability to meet the manufacturer specifications, supply the items and deliver to Dikgatlong Local Municipality; preference will be given under an 80/20 system with local/HDI criteria.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance certificate or tax pin.
• Certificate that there are no undisputed municipal debts (if lessee, provide lease with landlord’s municipal account or rural area letter).
• MBD forms 4, 6.1, 8 and 9 fully completed and submitted.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Completed documentation demonstrating compliance with specifications (manufacturer/authorised supplier declarations).
• Quotes must include the municipality’s address and VAT number (4450111283).
• Quotes valid for 30 days.
• Adherence to the 80/20 evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 for locality/HDI goals; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
