Overview

RFQ110ST2026 seeks the provision of accredited two-day Intermediate and Advanced Excel Training for 40 delegates, delivered at UFH across Alice and East London campuses in groups of up to 20. Suitably qualified training providers with SDP accreditation (MICT SETA and/or QCTO) and proven Excel training experience in higher education or public sector should bid.

Requirements

• SDP accreditation certificate (MICT SETA and/or QCTO).
• Proof of Learning Program Approval or Scope confirming SAQA-aligned End User Computing/Microsoft Excel unit standards (NQF 3 or 4).
• Facilitator profile and qualifications.
• Demonstrated delivery experience of Excel programmes in complex organizations (HE/public sector).
• At least three references for comparable Excel interventions in last five years.
• Content customised to UFH context; not generic.
• Compliance with University policies and SCM rules; evaluation uses 80/20 price/specific goals (51% women ownership); BBEEE; tax clearance; CSD and UFH database registrations; and travel/accommodation inclusions.
