Overview

RFQ112ST2026 is for the provision of accredited Conflict and Dispute Resolution Management training for 40 delegates. The 2-day, in-person programme is split into two groups of 20 hosted at the University of Fort Hare campuses (Alice and East London). Suitable for training providers with SDP accreditation and SAQA-aligned Labour Relations/Dispute Resolution capability; content must be customized to UFH and logistics accommodate two campuses.

Requirements

• SDP Accreditation Certificate from Services SETA and/or QCTO (or recognized mediation body, e.g., CCMA)
• Official Learning Program Approval (LPA) or approved scope confirming SAQA-aligned Labour Relations / Conflict and Dispute Resolution Unit Standards at NQF 5 or 6
• Facilitator profile with qualifications and proven delivery of similar programmes; minimum three contactable references in last five years
• Content customized to UFH context; two-campus delivery with two groups of 20
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH database; compulsory Tax Clearance
• Detailed price proposal including per-learner cost, materials, travel/accommodation, and two-campus logistics; alignment with evaluation: 80/20 price vs specific goals (51% women-owned)
