Overview

The University of Fort Hare seeks quotes for a 1-day Work-Life Balance Training course for 50 delegates, delivered in-person across two campuses (Alice and East London). Bidders should be suitably qualified to deliver employee wellbeing training, customise content, and provide facilitator CVs, certificates, and post-training deliverables; accreditation by a QCTO SDP is desirable.

Requirements

• SDP accreditation from QCTO desirable
• Lead facilitators with Masters/Postgraduate qualifications and 5–8 years’ relevant experience
• Customised course outline, plus pre/post assessments, participant manuals, attendance registers, and certificates
• Minimum three recent references for Work-Life Balance training (last five years)
• Compliance: Tax clearance, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, UFH supplier database registration
• Commercial: detailed cost per learner, travel/accommodation included; delivery to two groups (25 each) across two campuses; validity of offer
• Documentation: complete SQD Form 1 and RFQ forms (RFQ115ST2026); submit via RFQ SBD forms (see RFQ-SBD-Forms-7.pdf)
