Overview

RFQ116ST2026 for the provision of accredited Talent Acquisition Management training for 5 delegates (3 days, in-person at UFH East London Campus). Bidders should be qualified training providers with an SDP accreditation (Services SETA or SABPP) and/or QCTO, delivering SAQA-aligned HR/Talent Acquisition content, with experience in higher education or public-sector environments, and content customised to UFH.

Requirements

• SDP accreditation (7.1)
• Learning Program Approval (LPA) or approved Scope confirming SAQA-aligned HR/Talent Acquisition unit standards at NQF 4 or 5 (7.2)
• Facilitator profile and qualifications (7.3)
• Proven experience designing/delivering Talent Acquisition Management programmes (7.4)
• At least three contactable references (7.5)
• Content customised to UFH context (7.6)
• Quotation must include cost per learner, 3-day schedule, trainer qualifications, equipment needs, terms, travel and accommodation (8.1–8.7)
• Compliance with UFH policies (GBV, Code of Ethics, Anti-Fraud) per the bid documentation
• Submission of required documents: Tax clearance, CSD registration, UFH supplier database registration; complete SQD forms; SBD forms (see RFQ-SBD-Forms-8.pdf)
