Overview

Provision of accredited, 3-day Strategic HR Business Partnering training for 5 delegates to be delivered in person at the University of Fort Hare’s East London Campus. UFH invites quotations from suitably qualified training providers with HRBP expertise, preferably in higher education or public sector, who can tailor content and meet mandatory prerequisites (CSD, UFH supplier registration, tax clearance) and deliverables.

Requirements

• Accredited 3-day in-person training for 5 delegates with deliverables: training plan, pre/post assessments, participant manuals, attendance registers, evaluation report, certificates.
• Lead facilitators with Master’s/Postgraduate qualification and 5–8 years’ experience in Strategic HRM/HRBP, with demonstrable HRBP facilitation; CVs required.
• Desirable SDP accreditation certificate (QCTO) and a customised course outline; provide at least three references from comparable HRBP programmes.
• Compliance docs: Tax clearance, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, UFH supplier database registration; complete RFQ forms and declarations (SBDs 4, 6.1, 8, 9) as part of submission.
