Overview

Provision of two-day, in-person Change Management Training for 100 UFH staff across the Alice and East London campuses. Bidders should be experienced training providers able to deliver a uniform curriculum for four cohorts (≤25 per group) with sessions at both campuses, provide facilitator CVs, and comply with UFH SCM and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Two-day Change Management training for 100 delegates, split into four groups of up to 25, with a uniform curriculum across sites.
• Facilitators with a Master’s/Postgraduate qualification and 5–8 years’ change-management experience in higher education or public sector; include detailed facilitator profiles/references.
• Detailed quotation per learner including programme design/customization, facilitation, materials, travel, accommodation; provide a training schedule/agenda and venue equipment needs; specify cancellation and payment terms.
• Compliance with UFH procurement policies: registration on CSD; UFH supplier database; tax clearance; SBD forms; declarations of interest; confidentiality; and B-BBEE preference documentation (SBD 6.1).
• Desirable: official SDP accreditation (QCTO) and at least three client references for similar interventions; content customised to UFH context.
